  I loved going here but I'm done. The constant "sample" customers that walk in and feast on free frozen yogurt repeatedly and just walk out and not purchase anything is incredibly annoying. We pay and they eat for free? No one stops them from doing that. Now the sample cups are out in open and everyone is consuming free frozen yogurt. They should remove them so actual paying customers don't have to wait to buy yogurt.

  Sunday morning, after a great run, I stopped by Red Mango for the first time and had an amazing smoothie. Iclal was very friendly and made it exactly the way I wanted. It was delicious! This will definitely be my new Sunday morning spot. Thank you!

  I've been to Red Mango many times, and I've always had a great experience. I love their green juice and frozen yogurt, which is why I was disappointed with my visit tonight.<br><br>I stopped by around 8:30 p.m. and ordered the original frozen yogurt with mango and pineapple. Unfortunately, it tasted off and didn't have the fresh, familiar flavor I'm used to. I politely let the employee know and asked if I could have it replaced because I genuinely felt something wasn't right with it. Unfortunately, my request was refused.<br><br>I understand that mistakes can happen, but I was disappointed by the lack of customer service, especially as a loyal customer who has always enjoyed coming here. I hope this was just an isolated experience and that future customers receive better support when something doesn't seem right.

  I love this place! It's my go-to spot during the summer. Great staff, great people, and the best place to cool off!<br><br>It seemed like the tall lady hadn't been around for a while, so I was really happy to see her back today. Thank you all for always being so friendly and welcoming. We truly appreciate it!
