I am sure many people who left great reviews here enjoyed their services and good selection of tools and materials were writing honest reviews. but for some of us mere mortals we need basics of basics, I. e cut a duplicate key. second time I try this shop and second time it is basically a strike. the keys are barely matching, it's a torture to use them, both time had to go back and make them redo it, the last time she could not even pick the right blank... please do better those basics or do not offer them at all

The staff was friendly and helpful. Background music could help distract from the spooky, squeaky noises of the floor. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience, and we found what we were looking for.
