Disappointed in the bait and switch shipping price on my recent order. I scrolled through the reviews and found other online customers encountered the same issue. Order was cancelled and items purchased elsewhere.

This place is a gem & the people who run it are incredible. They have an expert for whatever you need. Tony was so kind and knowledgeable with my search for the right hinges. I'm so happy & grateful to have a place where I can talk to a human about what is the best fit for my project. Maria is amazing, too! Beautiful showroom, easy to park, can't say enough good things!

Ran into an issue with a project that required some expertise. I called, got a person on the phone who connected me to Tony, the subject matter expert. Tony in the showroom was GREAT! I ordered white oak flexible tambour from Outwater after ordering many samples from other suppliers and I just want to express how beautiful their wood tambour is compared to the others. It's stunning! I bought the tambour to surround my kitchen island. I can't wait for it to be installed
