  The waterproof radio does not tune in any radio stations. The business phone number on the invoice is not in service, the email on the invoice is defunct, since I paid with PayPal theirs a process but the seller is not honoring the return.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a waterproof iPod from their site...they never sent me an order confirmation. Weeks went by...it was impossible to get a hold of them, even tho they immediately charged my Amex $275. Then they finally told me that the iPod I ordered in turquoise failed their last minute inspection...and would I like them to send me one out (that did pass) in either silver or hot pink immediately? I told them yes...send me the pink one immediately. It took 3 weeks to arrive. It looks ok but honestly, I have no confidence that it will work for more than a couple of weeks, if that. Again, it is impossible to get a hold of them and even when you email "Customer Service", you get an automatic reply days later...always with another excuse or another false promise. Again, do not order from them. They should have been put out of business years ago.

  I bought two iPods from this operation. One is working fine. The other stopped working after a few uses. I've tried to contact them. The phone doesn't work; I get a "check the number again" message. I've tried numerous times to send a message via their website (which looks and operates like it was done in 3 minutes) and every time I get a failure message. Scam operation.

  This is a scam company! Even the google street view photo is nothing. I ordered from them and they charged me 3 times out of my bank account. I never was able to get in touch with them, phone number is no good and the email I sent came back as non-existent. Next stop NJ AG.

  I have had the exact same experience as Suzanne Geizler. No response from email, phone or online contact form. Do t waste your time or money.

  I'm very frustrated. I purchased an ipod shuffle for swimming. It stopped working and is unresponsive. I've emailed, left voicemails, tried filling out a "contact us" form on the website (the form wouldn't work) and actually mailed a letter with a stamp. All to no avail. No one will contact me. I'm assuming they just don't want to honor the warrantee. I'm so disappointed.
