Update - place is closed and no one is answering the phones. Went to another dentist to find out there is infection deep inside where implant was improperly done, and ended up removing the implant along with adjoining tooth, costing near $10K to fix. Should they open back up, go at your own risk.<br><br>Having moved to this area recently, I have been looking for a dental practice that I could begin using, and I have to say that this is it. United Dental Palisades Park is a very professional, friendly, and efficient dental practice that actually cares about patient satisfaction as well as dentistry. They've been caring for my dental health for over a year now, and have done an exceptional job so far. Wait time is usually very short, and staff are all extremely courteous. There is a newer employee, Jee, who provides reminder calls the day before an appointment. All the staff are fluent bilingual (Korean and English) in addition to any other languages they may speak. I called this clinic on 11/1/2023 Thursday 10:29 AM. Nobody picked up the phone, instead I was asked by answering machine to leave my phone no. I got also the message as attached to which I answered with my phone no.<br><br>Nothing happened. I called again in the afternoon, but still nobody picked up the phone. Got No following up until end of the day.<br><br>Today (Friday) I called again, but the situation was same with yesterday, and I didn't have any following up from them until now (P.M 20:19).<br><br>I spent 2 days calling & waiting for their contact in vain, feeling like being ignored.<br><br>On the other hand, I feel lucky as this is only inquiry call, not the call to inform some following-up is needed after the treatment.

I have been here numerous times over the last 3 years . The dentist is super kind and comforting . The gentlemen at the front desk is also very understanding . They both have helped me relieve a great pain with root canal's and wisdom teeth. 10/10 recommend this location!
