I've lived in Leonia most my life and have always had a good experience at this store, but the AI poster on the outside that labels the store as "Moone's Hardwane" on the picture at the top is disheartening and a little embarrassing, especially as Leonia notoriously has a community of talented artists who would be more than happy to design a proper poster for the store.

I brought in my original paint can so the store could match the exact color I used on my wall. They made me a new can and kept the old one to discard. When I got home, I realized they had given me a completely different color.<br><br>Mistakes happen -- that part wasn't the issue.<br><br>I went back and asked if they could retrieve my original can from the trash so they could properly match the color. It had already been thrown out, so I took time to find the closest match from their color samples. They remade the paint... and then tried to charge me again for correcting their mistake.<br><br>I was shocked. The incorrect color was not my error -- it was theirs. Yet they refused to take responsibility and attempted to make me pay for it.<br><br>That is unacceptable customer service. When a business makes a mistake, it should own it and fix it without putting the burden on the customer. Instead, I was treated with complete disregard and disrespect.<br><br>I will not be returning, and I do

When we sell paint, we print a sticker on the side of the can. This sticker gives us the information we need to recreate this color. We mixed a quart of Regal Select Satin paint to the description of the sticker. Per request of the customer. <br> She came back three days later saying the color didn't match. We placed a drop of the paint we mixed on the color paint chip color she asked for.<br> Perfect match.<br> <br> If there is an error on our end we will fix it. However this WAS NOT our error.
