  Typically don't leave reviews, but after my experience with Venus Dry Cleaners in Fort Lee, NJ, I feel compelled to share what transpired -- both the good and the bad -- to inform future customers.<br><br>About a month ago, I brought in a $1,500 Brunello Cucinelli alpaca sweater for dry cleaning. Unfortunately, the sweater was severely shrunk and rendered unwearable after their service. I returned to the store to discuss the issue and was met by the owner's mother, who was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Her proposed solution was to "stretch the sweater back to its original size," which is not only unrealistic for alpaca but something I've never experienced at any professional dry cleaner.<br><br>Despite my clear explanation and disappointment, she became defensive. Eventually, she said her son, who helps run the business, would contact me. A few days later, I returned and met with him directly. He was understanding, calm, and professional.   Dropped off clothes to be cleaned. and when I picked up the clothes a sweatshirt was missing.. I told the owner and all she did was argue with me and tell me it's not there. Only dropped off 5 pieces, so I know exactly what I gave, and she gave me back 4 pieces of clothes. Never offered a refund or a discount on future services. Wish I never came here. They lost a $350 stone island sweatshirt and have no empathy. I will make sure no one in my neighborhood ever uses this cleaners or their services again.

  This is the best cleaners is the area. They provide pickup and drop off service and they are extremely reliable. Try Venus Dry Cleaners and ask for Jak! You won't be disappointed.
