  horrible nail spot, do not come here. they rush your services, your nails won't be fully painted and they use rusted nail clippers. you can tell they don't deep clean the salon.

  I cannot believe how I was treated<br>No one acknowledged my standing at the front and one came over said ok one minute and sat down to text on his phone<br>Do not go there!!!!

  Racist, unprofessional and lazy. Manager/Man in charge Leo barely greets customers as they enter and treats them less than human, you are sure to find him smoking his vape in the back corner.<br><br>The older man who does manicures and pedicures has made me bleed on several occasions while cutting my cuticles and cannot manage to not paint my skin with nail polish as well.<br><br>Today an older woman continued to laugh and stare at me, I noticed her looking at my tattoos and questioned her and she grabbed my arm without my consent and observed them further within comment. Her and the woman doing my nails (always wears a white flower pin on her apron) continued to laugh.<br><br>They show prejudice to any minority, I mentioned that it was not nice and no apology was given, not even a glance in my direction.<br><br>I have been coming here for five years and it will be the last time. They overcharge for a manicure when they won't even soak your nails and will rush the entire process. Custo

  I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I called ahead and was told that my guest and I could come in anytime before 5 PM for two gel pedicures. Based on that information, we made the trip to the salon expecting to be accommodated.<br><br>When we arrived, we stood there awkwardly for about five minutes before anyone even acknowledged us or asked if we needed assistance. Eventually, after waiting, a man sitting near the front finally spoke to us, but instead of helping, he was rude and dismissive. Despite the fact that we had called beforehand and were told to come in, he refused to accommodate us.<br><br>The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic customer service was shocking. No apology was offered, and we were treated as though our time did not matter. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately this salon fell far short of even the minimum expectations.<br><br>I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a welcoming or professional expe

  Every time I go to Noble Spa I left wishing i went somewhere else. This visit there were 2 other male technicians and I understand cultural differences but god, these two guys were not customer friendly. They seem so cold and uninviting for a place where you need to feel welcome. I cannot go back there.
