Poor customer service. Told different information by different people. Agree that they are rude. I rent cars all year round and needed a larger van and Barn was within walking distance. They leave a phone number on their door for service. Gave me a van about an hour late at about 1/4 tank. Since I am unable to gauge exact amount of gas to return, the 2 gallons extra I returned was a gift to the next driver they said.... They should have had it on full so customers can return van at same level. Was only 103 miles left on tank when I got it. I returned at 144 miles. They refuse to refund the extra gas...."We don't buy your gas!" was the reply. They have no problem charging me should it have been under. Offered me a discount coupon on my next rental....I would NEVER rent from them again.

I rented from here before when it was under another management but after calling today, a year later, I must say I will never recommend or use them again. Man over the phone was rude and disrespectful. Seems like if you do not know what size truck or when you're moving, he has no time for you. I was so surprised and disgusted when he started saying when? In Spanish like if I was am idiot. Why assume I even know Spanish because of my last name. Smh!! Be very careful.
