There was a cockroach in my room and nothing was done about it, even after I told the front desk and emailed management. The location is the only redeeming factor about this hotel

This is my go too hotel and it's been the only one I frequent with. Every other hotels don't compare to the executive inn They're way too pricey and unkept. Absolutely loved my stay! The hotel was immaculate, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was exceptional--friendly, professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. You can truly tell they take pride in making their guests feel comfortable and valued. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel! Whatever you need as far as comfortable bedding you ask the front desk they will accommodate you. Like a thicker layer of sheets..

Very disappointing experiences with the night shift time hotel manager, the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful.<br>I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience to anyone.

I stayed here on August 22. The elevator was broken, and the room smelled strongly of dampness. The manager was rude, and I was charged a very high price for the room. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this hotel.

This was one of the worst and dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed at in my life. The night manager, who was an old man<br>,<br>was extremely rude and had a very bad attitude. The way he spoke to and treated guests was completely unacceptable.
