  10/10 experience!<br><br>Bobby and Jose went above and beyond in tearing down our old bathroom and closet and turned it into the bathroom of our dreams!<br><br>Along the way Bobby made sure to keep us in the loop on what he was doing and why, which was very educational and informative. He also went above and beyond in ensuring all my concerns were met. During the process, the team also took great care in keeping the rest of the house clean and livable. We're looking forward to enjoying our bathroom for years to come!

  ZID Construction, under Bobby's leadership, did an amazing job on our kitchen renovation. I can't stress how easy and seamless he made the process - and we were not easy clients. He adjusted to and met every request and created the dream vision to reality. The entire project was done quickly and extremely professionally - far more so than we ever anticipated. Even during the demo/reno, we would come home each night to a tidy, organized and clean space that was easily liveable and didn't feel like a construction zone. The finishes are impeccable and he paid extreme attention to detail - even redoing things that we were ok with but bc they didn't meet his standards, they had to be fixed. On top of the quality of service, the costs were extremely reasonable especially for the level of work we received. we would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone if you're looking for exceptional quality, a skilled and reliable contractor who cares about his work, and a beautiful end resu

  Bobby and Jose did an amazing job with our deck! They redid our old one that was not in great shape. Bobby was extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process and made sure we had the best quality. We reached out to a lot of contractors before finding them and thankfully we did because he exceeded our expectations, gave a fair price, and finished the project rather quickly.

  We had our deck built around the pool by ZID construction and it came out excellent! Bobby is so easy to work with and is so nice in person. He is also extremely professional. His worker Jose is an excellent worker. We are very, very happy that we chose him as our contractor, you will be very pleased with his work!!
