  Karen is a long time family friend. There was an immediate trust level with her. Friend or no friend however, if working with Karen did not feel right, I would have gone elsewhere. Karen sold my parents' home after my mother's death. Since all 4 siblings of mine knew Karen, there was no argument that she would be our choice.<br>Since I am the executrix, I was the person regularly in communication with Karen. Karen made the process of selling, EASY for me.<br>I was very busy distributing the contents of our mother's home and planning my own out of state move, at the same time. Needless to say, I had a lot to do. Anything I needed, Karen assisted with.<br>My attorney Dennis Ritchie, Esq., had also worked with Karen and they worked together to make this experience as stress free as possible.<br>Karen's responses were immediate, her attention to any requests or issues were met with solutions and completions that were without delay.<br>Would I recommend Karen to you without hesitation, yes.

  Where do I even begin? Over the past several months, I had been searching for my future home and had worked with many different real estate agents across Bergen & Hudson county.<br><br>When I met Karen, however, she was different from the rest. Karen is customer-centric - she understood my wants and needs as a buyer and went above & beyond to ensure my list of requirements were met - price, location, etc.<br><br>With Karen, we established a partnership - she was there for me via email, call, text - at all times, and even went out of her way on multiple occasions to allow me to see the home again prior to submitting my final offer. Karen exemplified, through her actions, that she truly cared about the buyer, beyond just a simple transaction/sale - and this goes a very, very long way for me.<br><br>I highly recommend Karen for all real estate needs in the area, and will be using her again in the future. 10/10!!
