My review is based on the poor customer service I endured at this location.<br><br>I ordered a small hot coffee with regular cream & no sugar and what I received was a heavily cream-diluted coffee that was so white it looked and tasted like hardly any coffee was added.<br><br>When I asked in the friendliest manner to have it re-made, I was not given an apology and instead received attitude and told that next time I should ask for one cream if I want more coffee.<br><br>Seems to me like the baristas need to undergo training again since no other Dunkin' location I've been to has had a problem with this straightforward order, considering that the machines do all the work and all the employee has to do is press the correct buttons.<br><br>Do yourself a favor and drive 5-10 minutes to the next Dunkin' located at Tonnelle Plaza by the Home Depot.

If they have it, I'm set. Some kind of magic makes them run out of donuts right before I get there, every time. We just had a rush, the nice folks say. A 11am and 4pm rush? That place is busier than I thought. On the bright side, parking is free.
