    Purchasing TRP product. Bought a TRP coolant tank 12/4/24 kenworth in Alabama. TRP website states to go to authorized location and Kenworth Gabriella Ridgefield Park NJ. 8/3/25 1pm -2pm Mr carlos Muniz stated i needed to come back monday 8/4/25 and speak to David Rivera. Monday 7am -8:15am Mr muniz stated David Rivera said to take coolant tank to place of purchase Alabama. He didn't even come out of his office. Really must think twice about shopping in Kenworth of Ridge field park if they could care less for their customers. All they had to do was process the warranty for TRP. Must think also about buying TRP parts with no warranty.

    We are sorry to dissapoint you. The reaon why we could not process this for you is because the receipt says "cash customer" on it and we cannot process warranty on "cash customer".
