  The front desk experience here was extremely disappointing. I tried to schedule my first appointment, and from the very first phone call, the woman at the front desk was noticeably negative and unnecessarily pushy about me "showing up on time." As a first-time patient, it felt unfair and uncomfortable to be spoken to as if I would be unreliable.<br><br>Today, I called again to ask whether my insurance had been verified by the office. My plan is through a corporate provider with no out-of-network benefits, and most PT offices these days verify insurance for new patients. Instead of checking or giving any guidance, she responded with, "How would I know that? It's your job. Just bring your insurance."<br><br>At that point, I decided to cancel my appointment. The lack of professionalism and courtesy from the front desk made it clear that I would feel uncomfortable continuing treatment here. The doctor may be great, based on other reviews, but the front office desperately needs better manag

  Dr Lee is AMAZING!!! He healed me with his advice and skilled acupuncture talents. I could hardly walk two years ago when I first arrived in his office and now I am jogging on a regular basis. He's the best!!!
