Our Englewood office is at Palisades Court on Nathaniel Place, just off the Palisade Avenue downtown strip and minutes from Route 4, convenient from Teaneck, Leonia and Fort Lee. Kids, teens and adults come to us for metal and clear braces, Invisalign, and retainers to hold the result. The first consultation is free and nobody will push you to book that day. Most major dental insurance is accepted, and financing runs $0 down at 0% interest. We hold evening and weekend appointments for families where nobody's schedule bends. We'll explain everything in plain English, not orthodontist jargon.

The front desk doesn't care if patient is in pain and needs to be seen sooner rather than later. I said if you inform them inside maybe they'll understand and she said NO and didn't even try to help. Everyone else inside is very helpful. No customer service the front desk.

Everyone is very nice and pleasant. I loved Kiara, and Jailyn and Dr. Lee was also very sweet and informative. Great office.

My experience has been much less than satisfactory. Everything they do just seems to be shady and less than transparent. They are just in it for the money and the revolving door of employees and dentists makes for a factory like experience. If it wasn't for the contract I already signed, I would have been long gone. Learned my lesson. You get what you pay for.

Updated,<br>They called us to confirm the insurance covers the majority, a 6k on savings. We scheduled another appointment to start the treatment this Saturday, they just left a voicemail few mins before the appointment to reschedule because they tho we needed another quote. LoL, at this point I think they just don't want to provide the service.<br><br>______<br>They denied coverage despite my dental plan clearly states that diamond braces are in network and they should cover 50%.<br><br>Sent an emai to them, I will update my review if they do the right thing and honor the coverage.<br><br>I took my 2 kids needs to complete the phase 2 of their treatments (Invisalign and braces). That's more than 5k in discounts.
