  I'm extremely disappointed with my move-out experience at Twenty50.<br><br>It has now been THREE MONTHS since we moved out, and we still have not received ANY portion of our security deposit. When we moved out, the management specifically told us that our security deposit would be returned by check within 30 business days. Three months later, we have received no check and no security deposit at all.<br><br>We have repeatedly contacted the management team by phone and email, but getting a response has been incredibly difficult.<br><br>On top of that, our move-out statement included charges that we dispute, including a refrigerator issue that we documented with photos and reported by email when we first moved in, as well as utility charges extending beyond our move-out period.<br><br>The most frustrating part has been the lack of communication. We have made multiple attempts to resolve these issues directly, but after three months, we are still waiting for our security deposit and a clea

  Unfortunately, the noise insulation in this building is very poor. You can hear nearly everything from the upstairs unit, including running, jumping, and a child falling or heavy objects hitting the floor all day around<br><br>To be fair, some of the issue may stem from inconsiderate neighbors, but the lack of adequate sound insulation means that noise travels very easily between units.<br><br>If peace and quiet are important to you, this is definitely something to keep in mind before renting here.   Great place for working professionals and families. QUIET. No parties or loud gatherings as the community is very respectful. Every night it's silent by 9:00pm - it's like a quiet oasis - no TV or music by neighbors, barking dogs, or noisy chatter.<br><br>Everyone seems to have this mutual understanding. I've lived in difference apartments across several states, and this is the best building culture I've experienced.<br><br>They also have triple pane windows so outside noise from the street is muted very well, though you can hear the occasional siren or modified car.<br><br>The concierge, Jay and Christal, are kind and always helpful, very lovely people. Maintenance responds quickly, especially if an urgent matter.<br><br>New management seems to be taking any issues seriously, as the initial transfer caused some delays that seem to have largely resolved by now.

  I lived here for a year, and honestly, my experience was fairly positive while I was still a tenant. However, everything changed after I moved out.<br><br>We followed the lease requirements and gave proper notice before vacating. On the inspection day, the staff carefully checked the apartment and told us that everything was in order. We were clearly informed that our security deposit would be mailed to our forwarding address within one month.<br><br>Now it has been more than six weeks since we moved out, and we have received absolutely nothing -- no deposit, no update, no explanation. Even worse, the management has completely ignored our emails. It feels like they simply disappeared once we left.<br><br>A place should not only treat tenants well while they are paying rent, but also handle move-out matters honestly and professionally. Failing to return a security deposit and refusing to communicate is unacceptable. Based on this post-move-out experience, I cannot recommend this propert

  I ended my lease in December last year and contacted the apartment management to request the return of my security deposit. They claimed that the deposit had been mailed out in January. However, two months later, neither my roommate nor I have received it. We have reached out to the management multiple times, but have not received any response. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
