Worst implant company I've ever dealt with. I haven't bothered calling their "support" number in years because it was so bad in the past, I've always called other suppliers to get "work arounds" for the Hiossen implants. But today, I had a simple question that I needed answered about one of their implants (another one of their famously loose abutment screws)... so I called the main support number on their site. The first person was clueless (just a call center rep or "operator") fine, whatever. The expert, lol, that she transferred me to, could not answer the simplest of questions about their implants (is a Hiossen HG scan body compatible with the ET III implant?). So she insisted I call a local rep. Apparently no one at their headquarters in the US can answer a basic question about their own implants. So reluctantly, I called the rep's number that was provided... 2 rings and silence. No voice mail, nada. This place is a joke, and never in 100 years would I ever consider using their im

Their ce courses such as Basic hands-on course and sinus life course are top notch. Very informative and detailed manner. Dr Chong s lectures were amazing with practical pearls. I would recommend to dentists who are surgically driven and motivated. The reps are so knowledgeable and caring to your actual procedures. Highly recommended.

Hiossen shipped the wrong chair after months of payment and double confirmations for the parts. Order canceled, yet no refund or return date after a month. Incompetence, immoral behavior and indifference--buyers stay away!
