  whoever runs the customer service emails ignored me twice. They responded to tell me I was wrong but decided not to answer my plea for help of finding the correct item. I send a separate email with the same question on the contact us page, got ignored.<br>Very frustrating for a regular customer.

  Because 0 stars wasn't an option. They sent the wrong order and when I called they asked for pictures of what I recieved. I sent them immediately and when I followed up 2 days later, they had done nothing about it . The system didn't even show anything regarding my issue. When I asked customer service for some idea on a time frame to resolve the issue , the little phone warrior started to get an attitude and raise his voice.

  Company advertises domestic material only to substitute it with imported less expensive items.<br>Does not respond back to e-mails nor phone calls to resolve the situation.

  horrible customer service. requested a quote and nothing. called 3 times looking for updates over the span of 3 weeks and keep getting told "oh someone will get back to you today. " if I could leave less than a star i would

  The customer service is horrible. I had to call 4 times to get an order corrected. After 3 weeks it's not resolved. Use another vendor when possible.
