    Maintenance or the exterminator entered my apartment unauthorized while I was in my bedroom with the door closed. They then snuck back out when they heard my voice and locked my door. I had food out I don't know if they sprayed. I have a small 7yr old daughter. I called the office spoke to Sherri and she said she would speak to them. This is so unacceptable! I've lived here 7 yr and they always called me before entering!!!! I feel unsafe but cannot afford to<br>Move. I called back to check who entered my apartment and why and Sherri wasn't there - I was rudely transferred to her voicemail. Maintenance never even answer my calls about a leaking window they promised to fixed that could have mold!!!

    DO NOT RENT FROM Clinton Realty Co. they are the define definition of **SLUM LORDS**. The property grounds are poorly maintained,any problems you may encounter will go unresolved.They collect rent and that's it. The managerial staff in particular(JOYCE GALGANOVA)&(VINNY) are rude and apathetic. (CEDAR RIDGE COMPLEX)
