My order was a duplicate, management wouldn't let me speak, he apparently can't refund me and also forgot to hand my drink.<br>He didn't fulfill the order because he assumed it was a mistake, however according to him nothing in their system allows him to cancel it and/or refund me. He tells me call customer service without letting me know I can't call on the weekends.<br>I try and speak, he keeps speaking over me to call customer service. We just leave , highly annoyed and frustrated. He doesn't offer to comp the donuts we bought in the drive thru (after the mobile order) nor allows me to speak to say we're missing items. Will NOT be returning staff is rude and unhelpful.
