Unprofessional and not knowledgeable. Don't give the brokerage cheque before you do the final visit to the place you are buying or renting. Once they get the cheque, you won't get any support after that. She does not have much Information on apartments in Fort Lee and will just provide wrong information confidently.

Oksana Zaharov is the absolutely BEST realtor among all we've met throughout our lifes... by far! Only because of her we sold our house. Oksana was a great combination of personable and professional in her approach to helping us buy a house. My wife and I were looking for an investment property and she was very patient with all our questions and there were many. She was very responsive and was always available when we needed her. Above all else, she was not pushy and really looked out for our interests when it came to making an offer. We are very satisfied customers and would recommend Oksana to anyone, whether they are buying their 1st home or an investment.
