Unprofessional untrained they trained the employees at work they literally burned my face not recommend at all

HORRIBLE. First time going, I get sat and was probably not even in the chair for 3 minutes until she was done. She kept telling me to look in the mirror and it literally looked like she did nothing at all. Finally, after the third time telling her she still needed to do more, I gave up and just left. My eyebrows look like how they did coming in the place . She rushed , gave me attitude , and did a horrible job .

Ive been getting threaded here regularly but it feels more and more rushed every time. The older lady who threaded my eyebrows today kept looking at the door every time someone came in and seemed more interested in finishing my brows quickly so that she can claim new customers. The shape was off but she just brushed it off. They don't give you a chance to check your eyebrows in the mirror, so I had to tweeze them myself at home when I realized how many hairs she missed.
