Good machine, however the support is atrocious. The hard drive that I purchased through them is under warranty. When there was a problem with it, they stated I needed to contact Dell, but acknowledge that it was under warranty. So rather than having their technician be able to fix it or to provide a new hard drive, they want me to pay my IT team to contact Dell and work it out.<br>The North Carolina representative Connor Haskins doesn't return any calls. Doesn't show up when he said he would be there for an appointment.<br>Although the machine gives good quality images, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I would never purchase this again.

This was once an outstanding company, known for a superior product and exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, it has declined significantly and now bears little resemblance to what it once was. After nearly 20 years as a customer, I find the current experience to be a profound disappointment. I cannot recommend this company to colleagues in the dental community. Fail

We have the newest tech on the market and STILL have issues. sensors have bad software/ bugs. we have been told updates are coming but we cant even get our warrantied equipment serviced in a timely manner. long hold times for calls. sales reps vanish after the sale. we are a big group doing a lot of business. currently waiting over a week for an "overnight" replacement. looking into other options

Vatech is great. Reliable and a great image . All these one star reviewers complaining that they purchased something 10 years ago and are now mad that it's old an obsolete are crazy. Technology moves fast....<br><br>You'll buy a new car 3 times in 12 years for the new technology, but won't buy a replacement pan :)

Your software makes our dental offices less secure, requiring admin rights is very out of date and not with the times. I suggest you stay far away from this group.
