    I had a chance to eat at Sophia with the family and was really looking forward to an excellent meal as it came highly recommended. Sophia has a fun vibe, and the wait staff is polite and professional. As far as the food goes, I honestly wasn't all that impressed. We ordered our food family style and tried the pappardelle as well as the porterhouse steak. While the food wasn't bad, there was nothing particularly flavorful or notable about the dishes--just sort of run-of-the-mill and forgettable. What was most disappointing was the steak itself. It was a great cut and cooked properly, but it was sorely under seasoned. In fact, I don't think it was salted at all. Some coarse sea salt was provided in a tin cup along with some generic, A1-style steak sauce. At this price point, I think you've got to at least salt and pepper your steak well before serving. If the customer wants to add more, they have the option, but it shouldn't be virtually unsalted. Honestly, there are way better restauran
