I was there to pick up some merch but the staff was really nice and accommodating. That mall is just a little different to navigate because it's so huge.

Nasty staff and dumb policies made our experience here a mess. Wouldn't let me swap with my wife so we could both be on the ice with our 6 year old over the course of the hour long session while one of us took care of our 2 year old.<br><br>They should understand that people come with kids and want to be able to alternate who is skating during the time block so we can balance multiple kids needs.

Staff need significantly better training, especially around safety and accountability.<br><br>Older kids were cutting across the rink instead of following the flow and aggressively pushing seal aids, creating clear collision risks. the group nearly hit my 4-year-old, who fell trying to avoid them.<br><br>While I was helping him up, another teenager took our seal. I don't blame him he probably thought it's one of theirs--but when I reported it, the staff's response was to tell me I should have been responsible for it.<br><br>That response completely misses the point. Staff should be actively managing unsafe behavior on the ice, not deflecting responsibility when it leads to incidents.
