  I had such a wonderful experience with Angela today, the manager at the Walgreens in Carlstadt on Hoboken Road. She was incredibly kind, patient, professional, and genuinely willing to help. She took the time to carefully check my prescription discount coupons and reprocess my medications, which ended up saving me a significant amount of money. What impressed me most was not only that Angela solved the problem, but the way she did it, with patience, understanding, and a smile on her face the entire time. She never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing her. She truly went above and beyond to help me. Angela absolutely made my day. This is exactly the kind of customer service that makes people want to come back, and she is a wonderful example of what a great manager should be. Walgreens is very fortunate to have someone like her representing this location. Thank you so much, Angela, for your kindness, patience, and exceptional service. It was truly appreciated!

  I think the other reviews speak for themselves. As far as employees go, some are absolutely great and others are quite the opposite and unprofessional. The store is clean and well stocked however.

  This Walgreens LOST my disposable camera that they were supposed to develop. If I could give 0 stars I would. They said well we have the one submitted before you and after you so I am not sure what happened... Not only are disposable cameras expensive nowadays, but also now all of my memories are gone from my once in a lifetime vacation. Truly a disgrace.

  I never been to a pharmacy store, have a horrible experience like been humiliated. I went at 1 PM to drop my prescription. Hopefully can get my medicine in 20 minutes, however, I wait until 1:30 see multiple person got their prescription before me , and the time about to drop their gate down for the lunch break, I ran over to counter to ask my prescription. The staff checked and told me my medicine won't be ready until 2 o'clock until they re-open. I told her that's not the deal. I've been waiting for 30 minutes and nobody told me my prescription won't be ready before lunch break. I was told rudely to come back at 2. No apologize at all. So I left the store without medicine, re-routed my prescription to another store. I won't come back to here anymore.
