  My fiance and I just closed on our first home in Haledon, and we would not be holding these keys without Emmanuel Martinez, Jamill, and Ivette at the R & E Elite Group, KW City Views.<br><br>Full disclosure: I am the kind of buyer who builds spreadsheets. Plural. Color coded. Our chat ended up more active than my family group chat, and I am Filipino, so please understand the weight of what I am telling you. There are 4am timestamps in there. There are 5am emails with the subject line "quick question" that were four paragraphs long. I fully expected to be ignored until business hours like a normal person. Instead Emmanuel would have already answered, in complete sentences, before I finished my first coffee. And more so, my phone will ring before I even see an email back. Communication at its finest. And let me tell you when communication is key, it really gets those keys! No pun intended!<br><br>And then, because apparently one end of the clock was not enough, the phone would ring at 8p

  Emanuel and Ivette were a dream team from start to finish. I felt like I was in the best hands the entire process. I totally trusted Emanuel's expertise and guidance and knew he had my best interests for every decision. They were super efficient, responsive and made the entire buying process super smooth (no matter how many times I called or texted :) I will be forever grateful and reccomend to anyone!

  Working with Emmanuel and his team was truly a wonderful experience.<br><br>For us what stood out the most was how dedicated and responsive they were, no question was ever too small, and they always made sure to explain everything clearly.<br>We couldn't have asked for a better team to guide us through this journey (stress free).   On a whim, we found a new house and decided to make an offer, and my first call was to Manny from R&E Elite Group. From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly smooth, from negotiations all the way through closing and even beyond. Manny and his team were prompt, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The professionals he recommended, including the home inspector, were knowledgeable and thorough, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. If I could give 100 stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommend!

Every question was answered quickly, every concern was addressed, and we always felt supported throughout the entire process.<br><br>What really sets Emmanuel apart is how personal the experience was. He and his team went above and beyond, and by the end of it, they honestly felt more like friends than just our real estate team.
