Updating my Review- 9/5/26-<br>After my first review the owner had my water sent out that day which I do really appreciate. However, FIVE of the ten bottles were contaminated. Two had floating film, and three contained sediment, and one even fizzed releasing gas like it was carbonated when we opened it. This is the third time in a row we've received contaminated bottles of water, and each time we seem to get more contaminated bottles. My husband called and spoke to someone at the company who said they were also concerned about this and that its the state who is supposed to inspect the cleanliness of the bottles. So I don't know if this is a state issue or a company issue or a water source contamination... but it does not seem to be getting better. So I'm not sure what the case is but I've attached photos below of the inside of the bottles zooming into the floating particles and such. We still haven't been refunded for any contaminated bottles yet, even though we've reached out several

After fighting with readyfresh for years, I finally make the switch a year ago and over the moon with their service. It's a real company with good old fashioned customer service!
