  Manager was a complete jerk to my family. Tried to redeem a coupon and he rudely said no and didn't even ask if I still wanted the overpriced pretzel as he scanned my card. $10 for seven small pieces of cinnamon sticks? What a rip off with horrible service from the head manager. Will never return.

  Pretzels were gross. Of course we didn't start eating until we got home and couldn't take them back!!! They weren't hot and greatly undercooked. The insides were raw, extremely doughy. Disgusting

  Ordered regular butter bites, and cinnamon, and hotdog bites. Cinnamon were really hard.

  The employees were very kind the prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get. The food was top tier it made me get more. I loved the atmosphere the Choco Churro bites were delicious.
