We had an amazing experience at Sushi by Sea! We came as a group of 5 for the omakase, and from beginning to end, everything was excellent. Every course that came out was beautifully presented, incredibly fresh, and full of flavor. You can really appreciate the quality of the ingredients and the amount of attention that goes into preparing each individual piece.<br><br>What we really enjoyed was that every course felt different. There was a great variety throughout the omakase, and each dish had its own flavor and preparation, so the experience never felt repetitive. Our entire table kept talking about how good each new course was as it came out.<br><br>The absolute favorite for all of us was the torched salmon. It was incredible! The salmon was rich and buttery, and torching it added the perfect flavor and texture. That was easily one of the most memorable bites of the entire night, and something we would come back for again.<br><br>The service and overall experience were also excelle

Fun environment, probably the only option for solid omakase in the area without needing to travel into the city. Menu was large and varied. Chef is the real deal. Place is clean and spacious.

Sushi by Sea omakase experience was impeccable from beginning to end. Every detail was thought filled, from the warm, fun welcome and attentive service to the exceptional fish selection. Chef Chris created a superb, creative menu. Each bite felt intentional, highlighting the freshness of the fish with subtle details of house made sauces and garnishes that were exceptional.<br>What makes Sushi by Sea so special isn't just the extraordinary food, but Jay and Chef Chris' genuine hospitality and personal connection that make you feel like old friends at a dinner party.<br>Arrive as strangers, leave as friends~ truly captures the spirit of this incredible hidden gem.<br>Bravo, Jay and Chef Chris!!

Hidden gem! Hidden location. No sign. Discrete. Seriously it's the sushi speakeasy. I can't say enough good things. I am literally dreaming of the day I go back to enjoy! What you get is nothing but the highest quality of the best cuts.
