  Best salon for all your nail needs. All the ladies are very talented and sweet. Veronica is my nail tech and she is AMAZING. The salon is cozy and clean, the chairs are comfortable, and they do beautiful nail designs. I highly recommend

  Very unprofessional experience from start to finish and overpriced..<br><br>I walked in for a powder manicure and pedicure and was never informed that an appointment was required. Instead, I was told to sit and wait for the next available technician. I waited for over 30 minutes while employees walked by without a single update or acknowledgment. Nobody bothered to check on me until I finally asked who I was waiting for.<br><br>The technician who did my nails was rude, ignored my instructions, and delivered some of the worst work I have had done. My nails were left with sharp, uneven edges that catch on everything I touch. The work looked rushed, careless, and far from professional.<br><br>The atmosphere was equally disappointing. Staff spent time talking on their phones and speaking among themselves while customers were being serviced. I also observed employees giving each other signals and making comments when customers left without tipping or left what they considered a low tip. Tip

  I came in for a gel pedicure with tips. To begin they didn't even clean the side of my nails. I understand not wanting to cause ingrowns but they could've cleaned the sides way more. They did not scrub my feet AT ALL nor offered any treatment for my feet to soften any callus. I left very unsatisfied and came back and asked if they could fix it and they said they'd charge me an additional $15 which is ridiculous. I paid $70 for that pedicure and tipped both ladies who worked on my feet. I've gotten pedicures that costed less, with the same uv gel toes and tips, french and callus treatment and no callus treatment and the pedicure was excellent. Considering I just came for a pedicure they don't value trying to compromise with a client and simply not worth the ridiculous amount of money they charge.
