Ordered a vest and received the wrong size. Customer service is very condescending, and should actually work with the customer, not criticize. How hard is it to send the right size?!!?

We ordered a new street sign with a post holder and we couldn't be happier about it. Our private street now has a name that cannot be overlooked. The price is very fair and shipment was quick. Within 5 days we ordered and put up our sign.<br>If we need another sign or anything that this store offers, we will definitely be back. Instant service! The website makes it easy to order Fire Department-conforming house numbers. You can customize in terms of color and size, just as you wish. (Look around at neighboring houses to make sure you are conforming, or check with your Fire Department.)<br><br>I have Safety Sign numbers at the street, but with a long driveway, I decided to add an additional number on the building. The price is reasonable, the execution 100 percent professional and the sign came in the mail in just a few days, nicely packed.<br><br>Five stars definitely earned!

Be careful what you order. If you're not 100% sure what you may need, I recommend contacting them first before ordering, or shop somewhere else.<br><br>I ordered two stock, No Dumping security signs specifically from this company to try and support other businesses not through Amazon, and I ended up not needing these signs. They were never used and are still in the shipping box I received them in. This company charges a 25% restocking fee no matter what, and you are responsible for return shipping. I emailed them explaining my situation and asked to reduce the restocking fee from 25% since I have to cover shipping too. They originally agreed to lower it to 15%, which I was okay with since I did want to support this business either way. As I'm waiting for my return info to be emailed to me, I get an email from them saying the manager refused the return instead because they were custom signs. Which these signs were not labeled as custom signs on their website. When I ordered both of thes
