  I was told my splints for carpal tunnel would be ordered and they would call me upon arrival. After not hearing, I called to be told they would they were not ordered and they did not have the scrip. They are disorganized to say the least. Well, they found my script and called so grateful

  AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! Google shows 5 pm close, but when I arrived at 4:20 PM, the store sign showed 4 PM so I called.<br><br>What appeared to be the owner was so gracious enough to reopen his store for a small $15 sale... But I definitely encourage supporting local businesses, as I live in Carlstadt . I only try to support people locally that are mom and pop businesses.<br><br>This piece of equipment help me through my knee replacement surgery recovery so I didn't have to wait for Amazon to bring my package! Thank you, thank you thank you and hopefully I won't need this service any longer but I do appreciate it!

  This review should have no stars at all. This company is awful three times they have scheduled to either deliver or pick some thing up and not shown up. They don't care at all this last time. I have been waiting for a medical hospital bed to be picked up that has been scheduled four separate times. No one shows up no one calls back. This is the worst company I have ever worked with.

  I am sorry we had not picked it up on teh Saturday that it was scheduled for, however, we called 8 times (and when we cam eon Monday I showed you the screenshots of the technician who called you) and there was no answer. So he did not go. We did come on Monday Morning. We are sorry.
