  Parked on the street next to a sign that said no parking when street covered in snow. There's an officer sitting in a car about two spaces in front of me so I also figure she would tell me if I couldn't park there, I'm taking my baby out of the car.<br><br>Come back 10 minutes later and I have a ticket saying I couldn't park there during a certain time zone. I look way up ahead of me and see the sign for that.<br><br>Now fighting in court I had a court date on zoom just for them to make me wait an hour for me to tell them after I already filed not guilty that they will reach out to me with a trial date.<br><br>A complete corrupt and time wasting inconsiderate process.<br>Deserves a 0 star. These places are not about justice at all. They make it so much easier to plead guilty that you may just do it and pay up.

  GOT A TICKET ON A STREET THAT HAS NO SIGNS SAYING IM PROHIBITED FROM PARKING, SO NOW I CAN EITHER PAY THIS FEE OR WASTE HOURS OUT OF MY DAY TO MISS WORK AND FIGHT IT...INCOMPETANT

  You get a speeding ticket out of town and it's almost impossible to pay it or get a hold of this clerks office and then when I finally got a hold of them. I was told there's hundreds of ways to make my payment and there's directions on my paper to follow. I followed all the directions on the paper and called all of the phone numbers on the paper one phone number sent me directly to a screeching noise that's it, I stayed on that call for 5 min With screeching in my ear, waiting for someone and nothing. The second phone number on the paper I called And it said the voicemail box was full. I don't know how you can have a voicemail box at a county clerks office FULL! The phone number I finally was able to reach was a phone number I had to look up on Google not the paper that was provided. I called that number over 10 times and a lady finally Answered the phone. She did help me in taking my payment and was very kind at first until she wanted to catch an attitude and tell me it was last minut

  They don't deserve the one star I gave them.Rude nasty and unprofessional I've never seen an office full of hateful. The office administrator Miss Barr needs to be rid of her job duties. Yet ppl think Bergen County is top notch this place is a complete joke
