    I would give more stars if I could.<br>I walked in on a friday to get my daughters birth certificate.<br>I got 2 copies for $27 paid cash in less than 5 minutes.<br>Awesome experience especially as I put in a request via the online vitalcheck platform that was not processed for morethan 2weeks.

    From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth. Dr. Merriam made me feel comfortable right away and addressed all my concerns with care and expertise. Will definitely be back.

    I unfortunately had to contact Patient Compaints, regarding my primary physician office. (Part of Englewood Medical)The representative was very empathetic, took the time to listen to me regarding an emergent issue. There is much needed paperwork that needs to be filled by my primary physician for an upcoming surgery in 10days. My primary physician office has held the paperwork, & gave me a mediocre response when I called for paperwork 5 days later. Englewood has informed me they will handle this matter. And apologize for the lack of cooperation and support.

    Went with my sister to get copies of her birth certificate and was so impressed by DORIS GARCIA, the Alternate Deputy Registrar of Vital Statistics. Doris was warm, friendly, detail-oriented and quick! She triple-checked everything and made a chore we had been putting off into a pleasant and efficient task. Thank you, Doris! Your service with a smile was a great reflection on the Englewood local government
