Spartan Meal Preps in Lodi has honestly made eating well so much easier and more enjoyable. I can't speak highly of this place! My wife and I are always looking for meal alternatives, especially when trying to figure out what to eat out. Instead of getting junk food, this is our go to spot. This place has a huge variety of fresh, healthy meals! Carlos and the staff are super polite, helpful and welcoming. Our favorite employee Tony helps us with recommended meals and does it with a smile! I highly recommend this place, especially if you've tried those meal prepping services on TV or online, this place has them beat!
