  Andrea assisted us in every step of the process from day one of selling our house and then purchasing our new home. She listened to us and our concerns. She was knowledgeable and professional. Our home sold quickly due to her impeccable marketing skills. She was insightful about pricing it right. She was available to communicate frequently with us as well as the buyers , seller, mortgage company, attorney, and inspector. She was a pleasure to work with and would definitely highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell/buy.

  Andrea Gizzo is the real estate agent you want involved in your transaction. Her ability to foresee things before they happen. Is worth its weight in gold. Everyone loves everyone when a transaction goes well but Andrea will dig in her heels and stand side by side with you if anything happens such as a bank not keeping pace with the needs of the buyer or seller. Attorney conflicts etc. She stands up for her client and is willing to help navigate every ones unique needs. My hat is always off to Andrea
