  We recently hired JKPOH Exterior Group, a division of JKPOH Building Exterior & Landscape Inc., to install Rymar Tropical 40 artificial turf, and the results exceeded our expectations.<br><br>The transformation is incredible. What was once an overgrown, difficult-to-maintain area is now a beautiful, clean, and professionally finished outdoor space. The artificial turf looks incredibly natural, the installation is seamless, and the attention to detail around the Belgian block borders and surrounding areas is outstanding.<br><br>Jeremiah and his crew were professional, hardworking, punctual, and communicative throughout the entire project.   Jeremiah's team did an excellent job renovating my backyard. This low rating is due to Jeremiah's business practices, which I feel are deceptive. Our first contract required revisions when Jeremiah incorrectly measured the height and length of the fencing needed for my project. I failed to thoroughly review the revised contract until after the job was completed. This was a costly mistake. Despite claiming "No hidden charges or fees at JKPOH Building Exterior and Landscape," the initial and revised contracts contained several hidden charges and/or omissions.<br><br>First, Jeremiah installed only 4 of the 9 lights included in the renderings of the proposed work. When questioned, he stated the renderings were not the contract and the contract did not include the actual number of lights that would be installed. He then sent an email to reiterate the rendering shows 9 lights but the contract itself does not state that 9 lights would be installed. If you hire JKPOH, please make sure the quan

  Jeremiah and his team are great. Communicative, friendly, on time and overall easy to work with. We worked with Jeremiah to do a garden level apartment in Harlem. It wasn't an easy job because the only way to reach the backyard was through the apartment. They removed gravel, graded the yard and installed a retaining wall. Then they installed our pavers in the yard and in a pergola all to design spec.<br><br>Would I do it again? ABSOLUTELY!

  If you are looking for a landscaper in the area, look no further! JKPOH is the best!<br><br>We recently completed a backyard/side yard landscaping and artificial grass(artificial turf) project with JKPOH Landscaping to create a safe and clean play area for my kids, and honestly, this has been the best experience we've had with any landscaper.<br><br>This was not our first time hiring landscapers for our home. In the past, projects would look nice at first glance, but later we would notice issues like poor leveling, uneven settling, rushed prep work, or shortcuts in workmanship.   After speaking with several landscaping companies, we decided to move forward with JKPOH Building Exterior and Landscape, Inc, and it was easily one of the best decisions we made for our home. Our backyard had been neglected for years, and Jeremiah helped completely transform it into a space that feels modern, functional, and incredibly relaxing.<br><br>From the start, Jeremiah stood out because of how invested he was in the project. He spent a lot of time getting to know exactly what we wanted and made multiple visits to our property to make sure every detail was planned carefully.
