Chris recently sold one of my listings and I had the pleasure of working with him as the Buyers' representative. He demonstrated his professionalism over and over in the transaction. He guided his buyers through the many steps of the purchase process, and stayed on top of all of the mile markers from contract to close. Chris DiBiase is the Best as far as Myself and My Family is concerned. He believed in Us with No Bias, when others didn't. I told him my story Single Mother, 2 teenagers, and a dog. After Covid I started working two full time jobs not only because of the increase of everything, but I was still believing in a Dream of Owning My first home eventhough that dream was so far out of my reach with all my expenses just trying to maintain on my own. I never asked anyone to feel anyway about anything I was going through. I had to care for someone else's entire house expenses all while caring for my Family, so because I was giving just enough time for my kids to end school in june I had to find someone to help us before I needed to move. This was where the caring, concerning, ability of listening without bias and believing in my truth came into play with Chris DiBiase as my Realtor he didn't stop looking until he helped Us find a place that accepted us.
