Gisella helped us buy this same apartment back in 2018, and that experience went so well that she was our first choice when it came time to sell. She was always a delight on the phone, making sure we were on top of any deadlines, and ready to help with any hiccups along the way. I used Gisella to buy 3 condos in Hoboken and she also helped me find tenants for them. Gisella is always responsive and punctual. She has a good grasp of the market conditions and helps me with setting the rent for my units! She is always pleasant and helpful. She did a walk through with a tenant that was moving out when I was not available to do so! Very helpful!

Gisella is very reliable, punctual and informative. She knows the area very well and was able to find good candidates for us based on our specific preferences. We were also aware of the current market status and was patient when it came to us settling on which tenants would be the right fit for us. We could see how she was not aiming for the commission, but for our genuine satisfaction.
