  Kundert Volvo<br>I am extremely disappointed with the service at Kundert Volvo. Every time I come here, I have to wait approximately 3-4 hours, even for something as basic as an oil change.<br>Today, August 29, 2026, the check engine light came on in my 2025 Volvo XC90. I was told I could wait approximately 3 hours just to have someone inspect the vehicle. Even worse, there are no available appointments for nearly 2 weeks, and there is no emergency service available.<br>This is unacceptable for a Kundert Volvo and Volvo dealership. Customers should have a reasonable option when an unexpected problem occurs with their vehicle, especially when it may involve a serious mechanical issue.<br>I understand that, Saturdays may have limited staffing, but that should not result in customers being left without timely assistance. If this is the level of service for a warning light, I can only imagine what happens when a customer has a more serious problem.<br>Unfortunately, my experience at Kunder

  I've been to several Volvo service centers over the years, and Kundert Volvo has been the best experience by far. Danny took care of everything from start to finish without any hassle, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. John was also incredibly helpful . You can genuinely tell that the team cares about their customers and takes pride in the quality of their work. I highly recommend Kundert Volvo for anyone looking for honest, professional, and exceptional service.

  Very disappointing experience with Kundert Volvo Hasbrouck Heights.<br><br>I own a Volvo EX90, Volvo's flagship electric SUV. My vehicle suddenly displayed a "Battery System Fault" warning, became completely undriveable, and had to be towed to the dealership.<br><br>It has now been one full week since my vehicle arrived at the dealership, and the situation has only become more frustrating. Despite being there for seven days, a technician has still not inspected my vehicle, and I have not been given any diagnosis, repair plan, or estimated timeline. I continue to receive little to no communication regarding the status of my vehicle.<br><br>To make matters worse, I was also informed that no loaner vehicle is available, leaving me without transportation while my brand-new vehicle sits untouched.<br><br>I understand that EV repairs can sometimes require additional time, but waiting an entire week without even having the vehicle inspected is simply unacceptable.
