    Pregnant and just wanted a scallion cream cheese bagel. I have never ever seen less cream cheese in my life .. I'm actually shocked. And the bagel was rock hard my teeth still hurts from biting into it

    I come to BOBS all the time because I live in the area. I called the place to order 2 bagels and the person on the phone was so rude. Every time I asked to add something to the bagel she said "omg what else" and rudely banged the phone. I went in the store and it was empty.<br>I told her she was being very rude and she laughed in my face. Everyone acted like they don't speak English when I asked her for her name. Usually it's an order gentleman that works in the front. Her attitude ruined my appetite. She needs to go. She needs to go
