I had an emergency with my toddler who flushed a toy down the toilet, causing it to overflow and water to go everywhere. Brian and Anthony came to the rescue and was extremely helpful, professional, and patient throughout the whole situation. They quickly assessed the problem, worked efficiently to resolve it, and helped prevent any further damage.<br>I really appreciate the prompt service and the way they handled everything. thank you Brian and Anthony for saving the day

I can only speak regarding the leasing office, but we had a truly awful experience. We applied for a rental unit and got approved. They sent us the lease to sign, and we paid the required 500 dollar holding deposit before reviewing the lease. We were in communication with the leasing office over the next several days to clarify points of the lease (eg. asking about pet fees, etc.). When we eventually attempted to sign the lease, the office told us it's no longer available because they rented to someone else. There was zero update or warning that if we didn't sign the lease that it would be offered to another person.<br><br>Then, the situation got worse. We requested that they return the holding deposit, since the purpose of the holding deposit is to demonstrate our commitment to renting the unit while reviewing the lease. We were not the ones who backed out after being sent the lease. Instead, they abruptly offered the rental unit to someone else while we reviewed the lease.<br><br>The
