  I have searched for a place like POTS for quite some time! We are so pleased we found this practice and close in location! Gavi is an amazing OT! He represents such a good role model for my son too!

  I scheduled an appointment with POTS but canceled it several days in advance, well before the scheduled time. Despite this, I was charged $103. When I called to ask about the charge, I was told it was a non-refundable deposit to "hold the appointment" for up to three months, since I was supposedly taking a time slot from a therapist.<br><br>That explanation didn't make sense to me, as there was no active appointment being held after I canceled. When I questioned this, the representative became defensive and dismissive rather than helpful. I was also told I had agreed to these terms, which I do not recall doing.<br><br>I ultimately disputed the charge with my credit card company and the chargeback was approved.<br><br>I want to be clear that I can't speak to or judge the clinical quality of the providers themselves. However, the office's billing policies and customer service practices clearly need improvement. I completely understand policies around missed or last-minute cancellations,

  Dr. Warburg and her team truly get it! When I refer children to POTS, I have complete confidence that they will receive the highest level of care.   POTS has provided a wonderfully supportive environment for our daughter. Carol, Gavi, and Dr. Warburg have been extraordinarily helpful in providing therapy for our daughter and providing us with parental support. They were also extremely supportive in working with our daughter's school to help provide her teachers with tools to employ during her school day.

  We've had a seamless experience at POTS. Scheduling is always the biggest challenge, but the front office worked with us to make sure our children were seen consistently to keep the progress happening. The therapists were playful with our kids and also partnered with teachers and day care to support our kids where they were having problems. Having them explain our kids' issues professional to professional proved to be more important than we ever imagined.
