  Very disappointing experience.<br><br>I went here for an initial PT evaluation after a doctor's referral. I was told the evaluation would take about an hour, but I was there only around 35-40 minutes. The session mainly consisted of checking my range of motion and some massage. I was not given a clear treatment plan, meaningful guidance, or home exercises.<br><br>Since this was my first PT experience, I didn't realize how limited the evaluation was until I later went to a different provider. Their initial evaluation was far more thorough, organized, and useful, with clear instructions and home exercises.<br><br>The customer service was equally poor. They were not in-network with my insurance, and their office was not proactive in communicating this. Even after I called and told them I would not continue, I kept receiving appointment calls because the information had apparently not been communicated internally.<br><br>Poor communication, poor follow-through, and very little value from t

  I came here due to hip pain. After coming here for physical therapy for 4 weeks so far, I am happy the results. It's a good group of people working here.
