Good place. I always get a simple mani-pedi, but they don't offer the $20 special combo on Mon-Wed anymore, so there's no point in traveling this far (20 min) to save $5-$10.

Moved the apartment complex above the nail salon, was hoping to try them out since my old place would be a 20 minute drive. Went. I was a walk in, they told me 30 minute wait. I understood because I was a walk-in. Waited 1 hour and 32 minutes to be seated. The nail tech proceeded to do my nails and then she cut me while doing my cuticles. My finger was bleeding but she kept picking at it, until I asked her to stop and to please sanitize the cut. She finally did that and moved on and then proceeded to do the same to my ring finger. I paid and left once she was complete. Tried again because I understand it could have just been that one tech, made an appointment, didn't have to wait at all. Different tech. My gel manicure lasted about 18 minutes, and the nails lasted even less. I tried a THIRD time. This time for a pedicure, they have different women than the manicurists. JUST AS AWFUL. I don't like a lot of color on my toes. I like extremely light pinks. Anyways after one of the worst pe

It's sad to say that for a customer like myself going to this location for a few years now, recommending their nail tech Elizabeth to everyone becyshe did a great job I was TREATED injustice Today. I. Allied to make an appointment and Elizabeth herself told me that she had absolutely no availability today she's spent his before! I have let it go, but today I was like wait why is it that this is happening often their not super busy or You just don't want to do "my" nails!!! So I had my friend call right after me and look at that she got an appointment with Elizabeth at the time I wanted, she was even asked if I was the same person who just called and she said no.. so they said oh yeah number is different .. wow this is how u run your business this is how u allow your employees to treat your customers!! I've always tip well and never thought I'd be treated this way!! Never again!! I don't recommend and I will never go back!!
