Owner does not understand his own business. Hires incompetent people and cheats customers.<br><br>Charges above market rates for this privilege.<br><br>You can tell that many of the good reviews are fake, the last names of the posters match the owner's name.

I cannot recommend Adams Auto Body highly enough, and Steve in particular was absolutely outstanding.<br><br>I found Adams Auto Body through Google Maps after someone damaged the chrome bumper trim on my leased Mercedes while it was parked. Since I have to turn the car in, I needed the repair handled properly, fairly, and without unnecessary hassle. I reached out with just a photo of the damage and some general information, and Steve promptly impressed me with his knowledge, professionalism, and honesty.<br><br>Even though everything was over email across many days, he was absolutely and incredibly helpful. He understood exactly what the repair would require, explained certain things to look for clearly, and gave me a very fair price. That alone already made me feel confident I had found the right shop.<br><br>When I finally met Steve in person, the experience was even better. Amazing work! Adams Auto Body has been amazing to me and my family. Every time we have needed them they have been there for us! Steve is incredibly knowledgeable in dealing with insurance and the rental companies. Adams did a superb job on fixing my car! Highly recommend them for any autobody repairs. I got my car back shining like new!
