  If you're considering moving into this building, be warned: the superintendent Anthony is an absolute nightmare. I don't know how someone so rude and unprofessional manages to hold a position of "authority", but unfortunately, here we are.<br><br>Between Anthony and the management team, you will be met with condescension, eye rolls, and outright rude responses. It's like the superintendent thinks he's doing you a favor by letting you live in the building.<br><br>To make matters worse, they all lack accountability always find a way to blame the tenants or their guests for everything. Heaven forbid you ask for something the property manager to address anything, you're made to feel like you're inconveniencing her personally.<br><br>Anthony's sarcastic, dismissive and disgraceful attitude is horrible reflection of the culture and company values of Ridge Pointe/Newmark. What is even more startling is that he behaves in such a distasteful manner in front of his children. What a "stellar" exa

  The parking garage is closed and they haven't even fixed it. We have alarms going off saying at 3 am waking my child up saying may I have your attention pls multiple times saying there is a emergency that was reported in the building pls stay in your apartment that did not stop. I DONT RECOMMEND TO STAY HERE. You don't even have a parking garage the building is owned by the bank. The only exceptional thing is the units have a lot of space. Overall this building is complete garbage and a waste of your money invest into a different apartment cause this one isn't it(EDIT)-- I really didn't even want to say more bad things about this apartment but here we go. Why are there people jumping on the floor above me screaming scream, I'm hearing chairs being thrown and clattering like what hell is going on. Then a door slams, I'm telling you something is seriously wrong with this building. Every day it seems to be getting weirder and weirder. AGAIN IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO LIVE ANYWHERE BUT

  As current tenant, I honestly think the apartment units themselves are great and bigger than others of similar quality and price range. The reason for the low ratings are probably due how difficult it is to get a unit in this apartment and service repair. With a new leasing management and office being added, it should be getting better. But again, the apartment itself is great so don't get the wrong idea :)

  Called and emailed several times with no reply. Even visited the location and security didn't know how we get in touch with the leasing/management office. Does anyone actually work here? I see several units available so I assume they'd be looking to fill them.

  The Supervisor of this building and his daughter are very unpleasant, unkind, and abuse the guests who visit this place for a while.<br>Knowing that his daughter is at fault, he rudely tells customers that they shouldn't park in the wrong way

  Trying to lease an apartment and it's impossible to determine if anything is available on the website and you can't get through to anyone at the property. Not the leasing office, super, or concierge.
