  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Body Mechanics! Finding this practice was truly one of the best things that could have happened for me.<br><br>My primary therapist, Joe, has been absolutely phenomenal. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care have made such a difference in treating my neck pain. I've also had the pleasure of being treated by Sean and Tom, and they are equally outstanding. Every therapist I've worked with has been compassionate, attentive, and incredibly skilled.<br><br>I also have to give a special shout-out to Jackie Demershant at the front desk. She is warm, welcoming, organized, and always greets everyone with a smile.   Body Mechanix is an excellent environment for athletes who are returning to play. One of the staff members, Lucas, even came in after surgery to come play soccer with me! So special shoutout to Lucas!

  I walked in with pain and walked out pain free. It's a miracle truly Joe really knows his stuff very well involved with individual treatment. Jackie, well what can I say but she is a Jack of all trades, it seems like she never stops she helps instruct with exercises takes notes always listens to what the therapist is instructing her to do. Body Mechanix is the place for me thanks everyone involved here at the east Rutherford clinic.

  I was referred because of vertigo. The whole team at Body Mechanix made me feel so welcome and worked with me on head and neck exercises to do both with them and at home. It really helped give me a sense of control and a plan for when I would experience incidents of vertigo. After 2 months, I haven't experienced any issues but I plan to continue with the exercises I learned and won't hesitate to call Body Mechanix again. I highly recommend them!
